Notes
  • All registrations and social tickets must be accompanied by full payment.
  • If full payment is not received by Friday 24 July 2026, your registration fee will be automatically changed to the standard fee.
  • Your credit card statement will show the payment to Composition Ltd (who process the registration fees).
  • Shared registrations are not permitted.
  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

Cancellation and refund policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference Organisers in writing to arrange this.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, the following cancellation terms will apply:

  • On or before 24 July 2026 (close of Early Bird): A full refund will be issued, less an administration fee of NZD $100.00
  • From 25 July 2026 onwards: No refunds will be issued (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.

All refunds are at the discretion of the Organising Committee and must be requested in writing.

Please note that non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

No compensation will be provided for any cancelled accommodation, airfares, or other related travel expenses associated with attending the Conference.


Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
